1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using Flowroles ("the Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions ("Terms"). If you disagree with any part of these Terms, you may not access or use the Service. These Terms apply to all users, including job seekers, employers, and visitors to our platform.

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Your continued use of the Service after any changes constitutes acceptance of the modified Terms. We will notify users of material changes via email or through a notice on our platform.

2. Description of Service

Flowroles is a job board platform that connects Webflow professionals with employers. Our Service includes:

  • Job listing and discovery services for employers and job seekers
  • Professional profile creation and management
  • Job application and hiring tools
  • Premium subscription services for early job access and enhanced visibility
  • Newsletter and job alert services

We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any aspect of the Service at any time, with or without notice.

3. User Accounts

3.1 Account Creation

To use certain features of the Service, you must create an account. You agree to:

  • Provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration
  • Maintain and update your account information to keep it accurate
  • Maintain the security of your account credentials
  • Accept responsibility for all activities that occur under your account
  • Notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account

3.2 Account Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old to create an account. By creating an account, you represent and warrant that you meet this age requirement and have the legal capacity to enter into these Terms.

3.3 Account Termination

You may terminate your account at any time by contacting us or using the account deletion feature in your settings. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account if you violate these Terms or engage in fraudulent, abusive, or illegal activity.

4. User Conduct

You agree not to:

  • Post false, misleading, or fraudulent job listings or profiles
  • Use the Service for any illegal purpose or in violation of any laws
  • Harass, abuse, or harm other users
  • Impersonate any person or entity or misrepresent your affiliation
  • Collect or store personal data about other users without their consent
  • Interfere with or disrupt the Service or servers connected to the Service
  • Use automated systems (bots, scrapers) to access the Service without permission
  • Post spam, unsolicited messages, or advertisements
  • Violate any intellectual property rights of others
  • Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any portion of the Service

Violation of these rules may result in immediate termination of your account and legal action.

5. Job Postings

5.1 Employer Responsibilities

Employers posting jobs on Flowroles agree to:

  • Post only legitimate job opportunities
  • Provide accurate job descriptions, requirements, and compensation information
  • Comply with all applicable employment laws and regulations
  • Respond to applications in a professional and timely manner
  • Not discriminate against applicants based on protected characteristics

5.2 Job Listing Moderation

We reserve the right to review, edit, reject, or remove any job posting at our sole discretion. Job postings must comply with our content guidelines and applicable laws. We are not obligated to publish any job listing.

5.3 Job Listing Duration

Standard job listings remain active for 30 days from publication. Featured listings are pinned to the top for 7 or 14 days (depending on the plan) and then continue as standard listings for the remainder of the 30-day period. You may extend, pause, or close your job listing at any time through your dashboard.

6. Payments and Refunds

6.1 Payment Terms

Payment is required before job postings are published. We accept payments through our payment processor, LemonSqueezy. All prices are displayed in USD unless otherwise stated. You are responsible for any taxes applicable to your transactions.

6.2 Premium Subscriptions

Premium subscriptions are billed monthly or annually. By subscribing, you authorize us to charge your payment method on a recurring basis. You may cancel your subscription at any time, and your premium benefits will remain active until the end of your current billing period.

6.3 Refund Policy

We offer refunds for job postings within 48 hours of payment if the job has not been published. Once a job is published, refunds are handled on a case-by-case basis. Premium subscription refunds are not available after the subscription period has begun, but you may cancel to prevent future charges.

7. Intellectual Property

The Service, including its original content, features, and functionality, is owned by Flowroles and protected by international copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, or create derivative works of any content from the Service without our express written permission.

By posting content on Flowroles, you grant us a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to use, display, and distribute your content in connection with the Service. You retain ownership of your content and may remove it at any time.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Flowroles and its affiliates shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, data, or business opportunities, arising from your use of the Service.

We do not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, or quality of job listings, user profiles, or any content on the Service. We are not responsible for the hiring decisions of employers or the employment outcomes of job seekers. The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied.

Our total liability to you for any claims arising from the Service shall not exceed the amount you paid to us in the 12 months preceding the claim.

9. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Flowroles, its affiliates, officers, directors, employees, and agents from any claims, damages, losses, liabilities, and expenses (including legal fees) arising from:

  • Your use of the Service
  • Your violation of these Terms
  • Your violation of any rights of another user or third party
  • Content you post or transmit through the Service

10. Termination

We may terminate or suspend your account and access to the Service immediately, without prior notice, for any reason, including if you breach these Terms. Upon termination:

  • Your right to use the Service will immediately cease
  • We may delete your account and all associated data
  • All provisions of these Terms that by their nature should survive termination shall survive

You may terminate your account at any time by contacting us or using the account deletion feature in your settings.

11. Dispute Resolution

11.1 Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which Flowroles operates, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

11.2 Dispute Resolution Process

In the event of any dispute arising from these Terms or your use of the Service, you agree to first contact us to attempt to resolve the dispute informally. If we cannot resolve the dispute within 60 days, you agree to resolve the dispute through binding arbitration, except where prohibited by law.

12. Miscellaneous

12.1 Entire Agreement

These Terms, together with our Privacy Policy, constitute the entire agreement between you and Flowroles regarding the Service and supersede all prior agreements and understandings.

12.2 Severability

If any provision of these Terms is found to be unenforceable or invalid, that provision shall be limited or eliminated to the minimum extent necessary, and the remaining provisions shall remain in full force and effect.

12.3 Waiver

Our failure to enforce any right or provision of these Terms shall not constitute a waiver of such right or provision unless acknowledged and agreed to by us in writing.

12.4 Assignment

You may not assign or transfer these Terms or your account without our prior written consent. We may assign these Terms or any rights hereunder without your consent.

13. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will notify users of material changes by posting the updated Terms on this page and updating the "Last updated" date. Your continued use of the Service after any changes constitutes acceptance of the modified Terms.

If you do not agree to the modified Terms, you must stop using the Service and may terminate your account.
