The Role

We're hiring a technically sharp, execution-focused Marketing Engineer to implement GEO programs for XLR8 AI clients. You'll help with the day-to-day work of content creation, web page builds, community engagement, and citation outreach for XLR8 AI’s clients — working directly with the founders and communicating over Slack during PST mornings. This is a doing role, not a planning role.

What You’ll Work On

• Build and publish new pages on Webflow for client properties — layout, content, structure, and publication from scratch

• Optimize existing web pages to meet GEO content guidelines

• Use the XLR8 AI platform to generate content and identify what needs to be done for each client

• Engage on Reddit and other community platforms using XLR8 AI's tooling to improve client visibility in AI-generated results

• Execute third-party citation outreach — identifying targets, reaching out, and getting clients mentioned on authoritative external sites

• Manage a recurring queue of client deliverables and communicate progress clearly on Slack and maintain on Notion

• Maintaining client success metrics

• Responding to customer messages on Slack 

Who You Are

• 2-6 years of experience in a technical marketing, SEO, GEO, or content writing

• Some coding experience is required — Python, JavaScript, or similar; you don't need to be a full-stack engineer but you should be able to read, write, and debug basic scripts

• Hands-on with Webflow — you can build and publish pages independently, this is a hard requirement

• Comfortable working with APIs, platform outputs, and data without needing someone to interpret it for you

• Familiar with SEO and GEO principles at a working level

• Exceptional written and spoken English — the bar here is high

• Available on Slack during PST mornings, every day

• Self-managing: you track your own work, hit deadlines, and raise blockers early

Bonus

• Experience with AI content tools 

• Experience with n8n and similar automation tools

• Background in outreach, digital PR, or link-building

• Familiarity with Reddit community norms

• Exposure to web scraping, automation, or prompt engineering
