No-Code Webflow and Framer Developer

We're looking for a no-code developer to join What if Design. You'll own the development side of our web projects end to end, turning beautiful designs into pixel-perfect, performant websites.

What you'll do:

• Translate web designs into functional, polished experiences using Webflow, Framer, and other no-code tools.

• Build interactions and motion design that bring the work to life without sacrificing performance.

• Ensure all projects are optimized for SEO, accessibility, responsiveness, and page speed.

• Collaborate with designers, strategists, and clients on complex build requirements.

What you'll bring:

• 1-3 years of experience building high-quality websites.

• Strong command of Webflow (especially Client First Framework) and Framer.

• Experience translating designs from Figma into production-ready builds.

• An obsession with craft, detail, and clean project structure.

• Confidence communicating your work and decisions to teammates and stakeholders.

Nice to have:

• Working knowledge of HTML/CSS/JS for custom overrides.

• Experience integrating Spline models into Webflow.

• Interest in working with climate-impact clients.
