Your Day To Day

• Own multiple projects end to end, from kickoff brief to final launch, across different clients and teams

• Keep a high volume of tasks and requests moving and visible so nothing slips

• Assign and prioritize work across designers and developers, keeping workloads balanced and transparent

• Run client and internal meetings that end with clear decisions and next steps

• Track progress and make sure deadlines and expectations are met (and flag risks early when they're not)

• Be the client's main point of contact and keep communication clear, honest, and frequent

• Spot additional client needs and propose solutions that bring real business value

• You have solid, hands-on experience managing digital projects, ideally in a design, marketing, or web agency

• You know project management methodologies and tools and actually use them in daily work

• You've collaborated with design and dev teams and understand how creative and web projects come together

• You act as a consultant and partner to clients, not just a coordinator who passes messages along

• You think in business terms: you get client goals and can suggest upsell, cross-sell, and budget moves that support their growth

• You build strong relationships with clients and teammates, and you can defuse tension when things get tricky

• You take full ownership and don't wait to be told what to do next

• Fluent Polish and English (C1+) - comfortable on calls with international client
  

Extra Points

• Experience working with Webflow projects or other no-code/low-code web builds

• Familiarity with Figma and how design hands off to development

• A background working with funded startups, SaaS, or B2B brands in English

• Comfort with PM and collaboration tools (ClickUp, Asana, Notion, Slack, etc.)

• AI tools to speed up planning, reporting, and day-to-day workflow
