We work together from Monday to Thursday in our beautiful office. On Fridays, the whole team works from home, but anyone who wants to can also work in the office on Fridays in peace and quiet.

• Image Ad Creation for our Marketers

• Figma Prototyping

• Conversion Rate Optimization

• Client Communication

Requirements

• Strong track record in web design and Webflow (minimum 2 years)

• Motivation to deliver first-class design and consulting services

• Strong communication skills and experience in agency or freelance project management

• Strong interest in becoming a team lead, coaching others
