Sr. Webflow Developer

Responsibilities

• Develop advanced Webflow projects with CMS, animations, and custom interactions

• Ensure pixel-perfect accuracy from Figma designs to live builds

• Implement API integrations, third-party tools, and automation workflows

• Optimize websites for performance, SEO, and accessibility

• Lead client projects and ensure high-quality, on-time delivery

• Mentor junior developers and review their code and implementation

• Collaborate closely with designers for seamless design-to-development execution

Requirements

• Proven Webflow expertise with a strong portfolio of advanced live projects

• Strong knowledge of HTML, CSS, and JavaScript for custom embeds and scripts

• Deep experience with core Webflow functionalities, including:

  • Webflow CMS (dynamic collections, conditional visibility, filters)

  • Webflow Interactions and Animations (scroll, hover, load-based, custom triggers)

  • Webflow Designer and Style System (class naming, responsive grids, flexbox)

  • Webflow E-commerce (product setup, custom checkout, payments)

  • Webflow SEO controls (meta tags, schema, open graph, 301 redirects)

  • Webflow Forms and Integrations (CRMs, automation tools, APIs)

  • Client-First or other structured frameworks for scalable builds

• Experience with API and third-party integrations (Zapier, Make, HubSpot, Airtable, etc.)

• Strong problem-solving, debugging, and performance optimization skills

• Good client communication skills with the ability to lead projects and mentor team members
