Job Summary: We are seeking a creative and detail‑orientedVisual Designer & Webflow Developerwith 2–4 years of experience to support our marketing and branding initiatives. This role focuses on creating high‑impact visual assets, compelling presentations, and consistent brand communication across digital and sales channels, while also contributing to Webflow ‑based website development and updates. The ideal candidate combines strong visual storytelling skills with a good eye for design, branding, and usability.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design marketing creatives forsocial media campaigns, product announcements, and digital promotions.

• Developsales enablement assetsincluding capability decks, brochures, pitch decks, and marketing collateral.

• Create visually engagingPowerPoint and Google Slides presentationsfor marketing, leadership, and client storytelling.

• Ensurebrand consistencyacross all marketing and sales assets.

• Support campaign visuals,event branding, banners, and promotional materials.

• Convert complex concepts and data intoclear, engaging, and visually appealing designs.

• Work on Webflow development, including website updates and visual enhancements (UX knowledge is a plus).

• Collaborate with marketing, branding, and business teams to deliver high‑quality creative outputs.

• Manage multiple design tasks while meeting timelines and quality expectations.

Requirements:

• 2–4 years of experience inVisual Design / Digital Creative Design.

• StrongproficiencyinAdobe Creative Suite(Photoshop, Illustrator, etc.).

• Excellentpresentation design skills(PowerPoint / Google Slides).

• Basic to intermediate experience with Webflow development.

• Good understanding ofbranding, typography, layout, and visual storytelling.

• Strong attention to detail and ability tomaintainhigh design standards.

• Ability to manage multiple projects in a fast‑paced environment.

Good To Have Sk ills:

• Understanding ofUX/UI fundamentalsand responsive design principles.

• Experience creating designs forevents, campaigns, and integrated marketing initiatives.

• Familiarity with basicHTML/CSS conceptsrelated to Webflow customization.

• Experience working with marketing or brand teams in aB2B or SaaS environment.

• Knowledge of design workflows, collaboration tools, and version control for creative assets.

• Educational background inMCA / BCA / MA / BA (Visual Design / Production).
