Web Developer (WebFlow/Framer)

We're looking for an experienced developer with deep expertise in Webflow and/or Framer, someone who can take a design handoff and bring it to life with precision, interactivity, and care.

You'll work remotely across client projects spanning marketing sites, landing pages, and interactive brand experiences. Strong execution and async communication are key.

What you'll do

• Build responsive, production-ready sites in Webflow and/or Framer from design files

• Implement interactions, animations, and CMS-driven content with accuracy

• Collaborate with designers and project managers to scope and deliver projects on time

• Ensure cross-browser compatibility, performance, and accessibility standards

• Manage client handoffs including CMS setup, editor training, and documentation

• Contribute to internal component libraries and reusable templates

What we're looking for

• 2–5 years of hands-on experience building with Webflow and/or Framer professionally

• A strong portfolio of live sites built with these tools, this is non-negotiable

• Solid understanding of responsive layout, typography, and spacing principles

• Comfortable working from Figma files or other design handoffs

• Reliable, async-friendly communicator who can manage their own deadlines

• Attention to detail, pixel-level precision matters to our clients

Nice to have

• Proficiency in Figma (design skills a bonus, not a requirement)

• Experience with custom code embeds in Webflow (HTML, CSS, JavaScript)

• Familiarity with Lottie animations or GSAP for advanced interactions

• Prior agency or multi-client experience
