About Ebbett Marketing

Ebbett Marketing is one of New Zealand's largest and most dynamic automotive marketing teams, supporting 29 leading automotive brands across 18 dealerships throughout the North Island.

We're a high-performing team that loves data, technology and finding better ways to do things, but we're equally proud of our culture. We work hard, have plenty of laughs along the way, celebrate success together, and genuinely enjoy coming to work. From team events and social activities to a collaborative environment where everyone's ideas are valued, you'll be joining a marketing team that is both ambitious and fun.

Opportunities to join our team don’t come up often.

We're looking for a technically minded Webflow & Automation Developer - Marketing Technology to take ownership of our Webflow ecosystem and Marketing Automation environment.

This isn't a general marketing role. It's a specialist technical position where you'll be responsible for building, maintaining and improving the websites, forms, workflows and integrations that power one of New Zealand's largest automotive marketing operations.

If you're experienced in Webflow, Client-First, n8n, APIs and technical integrations - and enjoy solving problems, you'll feel right at home.

What you'll own

You'll become the technical owner of our Webflow environment and marketing automation platform, ensuring our websites, customer journeys and integrations are reliable, scalable and continuously improving.

Webflow Development:

  • Build and enhance websites, landing pages, forms and booking experiences in Webflow.

  • Develop using the Client-First framework with clean, scalable structure.

  • Build and manage CMS Collections, reusable components and dynamic content.

  • Create responsive experiences across desktop, tablet and mobile.

  • Use HTML, CSS and JavaScript where required.

  • Diagnose and resolve website, publishing and performance issues.

Automation & Integrations:

  • Design, build and maintain production workflows in n8n.

  • Connect websites with CRM, booking, email and other business systems.

  • Build integrations using REST APIs, webhooks, OAuth and JSON.

  • Map, transform and validate data between platforms.

  • Monitor workflows, resolve failures and continually improve automation reliability.

Website Operations:

  • Manage forms, domains, DNS, SSL and Cloudflare.

  • Troubleshoot hosting, publishing and technical website issues.

  • Maintain GitHub repositories and version control.

  • Ensure our websites and critical forms remain online and performing.

Technical Collaboration:

  • Work closely with Marketing, Studio, IT, Data and external partners.

  • Translate business requirements into practical technical solutions.

  • Help improve customer experiences through smarter automation and better systems.

We're looking for someone with genuine hands-on experience.

About You:

  • Strong commercial experience building production websites in Webflow

  • Demonstrated experience using the Client-First framework

  • Practical experience building and maintaining workflows in n8n

  • Experience working with REST APIs, webhooks, JSON and system integrations

  • Knowledge of website forms, lead routing and validation

  • Experience with DNS, Cloudflare, hosting and website troubleshooting

  • HTML, CSS and JavaScript skills

  • Strong problem-solving ability and attention to detail

  • The ability to own technical solutions from concept through to deployment

Experience with Google Tag Manager, GA4, Mailjet, Calendly, AI integrations, Meta catalogues or inventory feeds would be an advantage, but isn't essential.

Why join us?

Opportunities to join our team don’t come up often. This is a rare chance to take genuine ownership of an established Webflow and Marketing Automation environment while working alongside one of New Zealand’s largest in-house marketing teams.

In addition to a competitive remuneration package, you'll enjoy:

  • KiwiSaver

  • Mobile plan allowance

  • Fuel discounts

  • Banking benefits

  • Health insurance discounts

  • Discounted roadside assistance

  • Vehicle servicing and maintenance discounts

  • Ongoing opportunities to learn and work with modern marketing technology

  • A supportive, collaborative and genuinely enjoyable team culture

If you're passionate about modern web development, automation and building practical technical solutions that make a real business impact, we'd love to hear from you.
