The Role
We’re hiring a Webflow Developer based in Portland, Oregon to support and help lead our growing website development work. This is a hybrid role that includes regular in-office collaboration at our Portland office, along with flexibility for remote work.
The in-office schedule will be consistent but adaptable as the team grows and collaboration needs evolve.
This role is ideal for someone with 3–7 years of experience who is confident in Webflow development, has a strong foundation in web design and front-end development, and is looking to take the next step in their career within a collaborative, design-focused agency.
Webflow development is central to this role. A strong portfolio of Webflow or relevant web projects is required.
What You’ll Do
Build and maintain responsive, high-quality websites in Webflow, following established systems such as Client-First or Lumos
Translate design files from Figma and Adobe Creative Suite into polished, production-ready websites
Collaborate closely with designers, strategists, and leadership across both in-person and remote sessions
Contribute to design decisions, offering input on layout, usability, and interaction design
Maintain and update existing WordPress websites, including content updates, plugin management, and light styling changes
Ensure websites are accessible, performant, and optimized across devices and browsers
Help refine and uphold internal Webflow systems, processes, and best practices
Participate actively in reviews, feedback sessions, and in-person collaboration in Portland
Support partners and teammates with a proactive, service-oriented approach
What We’re Looking For
Required
3–7 years of experience in web design and/or front-end development
Strong hands-on experience building websites in Webflow
A portfolio showcasing Webflow projects you’ve built or significantly contributed to
Solid understanding of web design fundamentals (typography, layout, spacing, hierarchy)
Proficiency in Figma and familiarity with Adobe Creative Suite
Working knowledge of HTML, CSS, and JavaScript
Experience with animations using GSAP and/or Webflow Interactions
Ability to translate design concepts into responsive, production-ready websites
Experience with modern web standards and responsive design
Working knowledge of WordPress, including maintaining and updating existing sites
Based in or near Portland, OR, and comfortable with a hybrid schedule
Ability to work independently while contributing to a collaborative team environment
Nice to Have
Experience with SEO fundamentals and website performance optimization
Graphic design experience across digital formats (email, social, etc.)
Previous experience in an agency or client-service environment
