Role Overview

We are looking for a skilled Webflow Developer with 3-4 years of hands-on experience in building modern, responsive, and high-performance websites using Webflow. The ideal candidate should have strong expertise in Webflow CMS, animations, integrations, and SEO best practices, along with a good understanding of UI/UX principles.

You will work closely with designers, marketers, and project managers to develop and maintain websites for fintech and other fast-growing brands.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain responsive websites using Webflow (including CMS and Ecommerce projects, multi-lingual).

• Convert Figma designs into pixel-perfect Webflow websites.

• Build reusable components and maintain structured class naming systems.

• Implement Webflow interactions, animations, and transitions to enhance user experience.

• Optimize websites for performance, SEO, and mobile responsiveness.

• Manage Webflow CMS collections, dynamic pages, and custom layouts.

• Integrate third-party tools such as CRM, marketing automation tools, analytics, and forms.

• Ensure website compatibility across browsers and devices.

• Work collaboratively with marketing teams to support landing pages and campaign-based requirements.

• Troubleshoot and resolve Webflow bugs, UI issues, and performance bottlenecks.

• Maintain website security, backups, and version updates.

Mandatory Skills & Expertise

• Strong hands-on experience in Webflow Development (3-4 years).

• Expertise in Webflow CMS, dynamic content setup, and collection management.

• Strong knowledge of HTML, CSS, JavaScript (for custom code embedding).

• Experience in building landing pages for digital marketing campaigns.

• Good understanding of SEO best practices, site speed optimization, and structured layouts.

• Familiarity with integrations such as HubSpot, Mailchimp, Pabbly, Google Analytics, Meta Pixel, etc.

• Knowledge of responsive design principles and cross-browser compatibility.

• Experience working with UI/UX teams and interpreting wireframes/design systems.

• Ability to handle multiple projects and deliver within strict deadlines.

Good to Have

• Knowledge of Webflow Ecommerce setup and customization.

• Familiarity with tools like GSAP, custom animations, or advanced JavaScript interactions.

• Experience with WordPress or other CMS platforms.

• Understanding of Agile development workflows and project tracking tools (Jira, Trello, ClickUp, etc.).

• Basic understanding of hosting, domain setup, and DNS configurations.

Required Qualifications

• Minimum 3-4 years of professional experience as a Webflow Developer / Frontend Developer.

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, IT, Design, or relevant field (preferred).

• Strong portfolio showcasing Webflow projects (agency or client-based work).
