Webflow Developer

Type: Freelance / project-based, with potential for ongoing work

We’re a creative agency working with hospitality, wellness and lifestyle brands. We’re looking for a Webflow developer who can take approved designs and build polished, responsive websites with strong attention to detail.

What You’ll Do

• Build responsive Webflow websites from Figma designs

• Set up CMS collections and reusable components

• Integrate booking engines, forms, analytics, and third-party tools

• Build websites with SEO best practices in mind

• Set up page titles, meta descriptions, heading structures, image alt text, redirects, and schema where needed

• Optimize websites for speed, mobile usability, crawlability, and performance

• Support website structure, user experience, and conversion strategy

• Help determine whether Webflow, WordPress, or another platform is the best fit for a project

• Occasionally make updates or improvements to WordPress websites

What We’re Looking For

• Strong working knowledge of Webflow

• Experience with WordPress, Framer, and other website builders

• A good understanding of technical and on-page SEO

• Experience with Google Search Console, GA4, and Google Tag Manager

• Knowledge of responsive design, CMS structure, site speed, and website performance

• Experience building websites for hotels, hospitality, cafés, restaurants, travel, real estate, or lifestyle brands

• Ability to follow Figma designs accurately

• Comfortable with basic HTML, CSS, and custom code when needed

• Reliable communication and attention to detail

• Good written and spoken English
