📍 Location: Lahore, Pakistan (On-site)

🕒 Part-time or Full-time

We're looking for a Dedicated Webflow Developer to support our agency with clean, scalable, and responsive Webflow builds. The ideal candidate has strong experience in modern Webflow workflows — Client-First, reusable components, component slots, CMS, integrations, clean custom code, and animation libraries like GSAP.

Must-have: Hands-on command of Client-First and Lumos naming systems, with solid working knowledge of Webflow Components and Component Slots for building flexible, reusable, and scalable layouts.

Responsibilities:

Build responsive Webflow pages from Figma designs

Use Client-First class naming properly

Follow clean class naming systems such as Client-First, Lumos, MAST, BEM, ABEM, or agency-specific systems

Create clean and reusable Webflow Components

Use Component Slots for flexible content updates

Build CMS Collections, templates, dynamic lists, and CMS-based sections

Work with Webflow variables, global styles, utility classes, and reusable layouts

Set up forms, animations, interactions, redirects, and basic SEO settings

Use approved Webflow tools and libraries such as Finsweet Attributes, filtering, sliders, tabs, and other Webflow-friendly solutions

Create smooth custom animations using GSAP when needed

Add clean custom HTML, CSS, and JavaScript only when required

Keep custom code organized, documented, and easy to maintain

QA pages across desktop, tablet, and mobile before client review

Keep Webflow projects organized, scalable, and easy for another developer to maintain

Requirements:

Strong Webflow development experience

Good knowledge of Client-First

Knowledge of Lumos, MAST, BEM, ABEM, or other structured naming frameworks is a plus

Experience with Finsweet Attributes or similar Webflow libraries

Experience with GSAP animations

Strong Figma-to-Webflow skills

Webflow CMS experience

Experience with components, slots, reusable sections, and design systems

Ability to write clean HTML, CSS, and JavaScript when needed

Basic SEO, accessibility, and performance awareness

Good communication skills

Ability to follow agency SOPs and maintain development standards
