Job Description

Job overview

As a Webflow Developer at Digidop, your main mission will be to build robust, well-structured, and scalable websites, with a high level of technical quality and constant attention to detail. You won't just be assembling blocks: you'll be giving life to solid, maintainable web interfaces, designed to last and evolve over time, in the service of our customers' objectives. This position requires in-depth mastery of Webflow (structure, performance, responsive, CMS...), great rigor in execution, and the ability to produce clean, reusable, and well-organized code.

Important: We are not looking for a web designer or creative developer. This position is for a production-oriented Webflow developer, capable of taking on demanding projects such as complex marketing sites, structured around a dynamic CMS and reusable components.

Key duties and responsibilities

  • Develop and maintain robust, high-performance, scalable Webflow sites:

    • By applying best practices in development, responsive, and CSS framework methodology (Client-First, Lumos,...);

    • Ensuring CMS optimization, component reusability, and technical consistency of projects;

    • By respecting best practices for performance optimization, SEO, and accessibility of delivered sites.

  • Provide technical support and resolve functional problems on websites.

  • Participate in the integration of customized solutions (custom code, GSAP, API, etc.).

  • Work closely with design, marketing, and technical teams to best meet customer needs.

  • Keep abreast of Webflow news and best practices in front-end development;

  • Participate in project planning, assess technical requirements, and propose appropriate solutions.

Profile wanted

Requirements

  • Excellent command of Webflow:
    Ability to structure large-scale projects with clean development, a well-thought-out CMS, reusable components, and fluid responsiveness.

  • Good knowledge of web development:
    Solid grounding in HTML, CSS, and JavaScript.

  • Thoroughness and attention to detail:
    Ability to optimize development, attention to detail, and doing things right.

  • Autonomy:
    Ability to take charge of a project, structure it efficiently, and manage priorities.

  • Problem-solving:
    Ability to understand “why it doesn't work” and find clean, sustainable solutions.

  • Good communication and teamwork:
    Ability to share ideas, ask the right questions, and collaborate effectively.

Bonuses appreciated

  • Experience with advanced tools (GSAP, API integrations, advanced JavaScript...).

  • Fluent in written and spoken English.

  • Natural curiosity for Webflow and web development.
