Role Overview:

We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Webflow and Automation Developer to join our team. This role focuses on building, optimizing, and automating digital experiences using Webflow, the Finsweet Client-First methodology, and no-code/low-code automation tools such as Zapier. As a Webflow and Automation Developer at Hypelocal, you will play a key role in crafting high-performance websites, automating workflows, and ensuring seamless integrations across various marketing and business platforms.

Responsibilities:

• Webflow Development

• Implement pixel-perfect, responsive websites using Webflow, adhering to Finsweet's Client-First methodology.

• Automation & Integrations

• Build and manage automations using tools like Make, Zapier, Airtable, and other relevant no-code/low-code platforms. Must be familiar with API driven backend processes and automations.

• Custom Code Enhancements

• Implement JavaScript, CSS, and Webflow interactions to enhance website functionality and user experience.

• Data-Driven Workflows

• Develop dynamic, CMS-driven websites and applications with structured data, collections, and API integrations.

• Performance Optimization

• Ensure fast load times, accessibility, and SEO best practices in Webflow sites.

• Testing & Quality Assurance

• Conduct thorough testing to maintain a high level of performance, compatibility, and responsiveness across devices and browsers.

• Collaboration & Communication

• Work closely with designers, marketers, and developers to execute projects efficiently and meet business goals.

• Documentation & Best Practices

• Maintain organized documentation and continuously improve workflows based on best practices in Webflow development and automation.

Skills and Qualifications:

• Proficiency in Webflow, including CMS collections, animations, interactions, custom embeds, API.

• Strong understanding of Finsweet’s Client-First methodology and its application in structured Webflow builds.

• Experience with automation tools such as Zapier, Make, and Airtable for workflow automation and integrations.

• Experience with Webflow membership management tools, such as Memberstack.

• Solid grasp of HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and API integrations within Webflow and external tools.

• Knowledge of SEO principles and best practices for Webflow sites.

• Ability to analyze business needs and translate them into scalable digital solutions.

• Strong problem-solving skills and an eye for detail in UI/UX execution.

• Experience working in a remote, fast-paced environment with minimal supervision.
