Position Overview

Melior ITS is seeking a highly skilled Webflow Developer to design and develop high-performing, visually engaging, and conversion-focused websites. This role requires strong hands-on expertise in Webflow along with a solid understanding of front-end technologies, user experience, and performance optimization.

You will work closely with design, marketing, and SEO teams to build scalable, responsive, and high-quality web experiences aligned with business goals.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain responsive, user-friendly, and conversion-optimized websites using Webflow

• Convert Figma and design mockups into pixel-perfect Webflow pages

• Implement custom HTML, CSS, and JavaScript to extend Webflow functionality

• Create interactive animations using GSAP, Lottie, and Webflow interactions

• Ensure websites are fully responsive, accessible (WCAG), and optimized for all devices

• Collaborate with design, marketing, and SEO teams to enhance UX and performance

• Optimize website performance including load speed, SEO structure, and CTAs

• Integrate tools such as Google Analytics, GTM, HubSpot, and other tracking platforms

• Monitor and improve website performance using analytics and user feedback

• Maintain and update existing websites, including content updates and redesigns

Required Skills and Experience

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field

• 2+ years of hands-on experience with Webflow development

• Strong portfolio showcasing Webflow-based projects (marketing/brand websites preferred)

• Proficiency in HTML, CSS, JavaScript

• Experience with Figma (design-to-development workflow)

• Hands-on experience with GSAP, Lottie, and advanced Webflow animations

• Strong understanding of UI/UX principles and responsive design

• Experience with SEO best practices and performance optimization

• Familiarity with Google Analytics, GTM, and conversion tracking setup

• Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work independently

• Experience with WordPress and React.js

• Familiarity with marketing automation tools (HubSpot, Chili Piper, etc.)

• Understanding of CRO (Conversion Rate Optimization) principles

• Experience working in agency or client-based environment

Soft Skills

• Strong communication and collaboration skills

• Detail-oriented with a focus on quality and performance

• Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines
