You don’t need classic “agency experience”.

What you do need is experience building real websites for real clients - projects where someone else had expectations, feedback, deadlines, and opinions.

If you’ve worked with clients directly, in a studio, a startup, as a freelancer, or in a small team, that works for us.

What matters is that you understand how Webflow builds translate into real business results: performance, clarity, scalability, and maintainability.

What’s important for us

• You’re confident building websites in Webflow - not just static pages, but full sites with CMS, interactions, and reusable components

• You understand Webflow best practices: clean structure, class naming, responsiveness, and performance.

• You can accurately translate Figma designs into Webflow, with attention to detail

• You think beyond “it works” - you care about how it’s built, how easy it is to maintain, and how it performs

• You’re comfortable working with:
  

  • CMS collections & references

  • Symbols / Components

  • Basic interactions & animations

  • Responsive layouts

  • SEO and performance basics
    

You don’t just “build screens”.
You build systems.

One important thing, though

We design and build Webflow websites for fast-moving startups in tech, finance, and security.
That means:

• Clean, structured builds

• Scalable CMS setups

• Performance-first thinking

• Collaboration with designers and PMs

• Little tolerance for hacks and messy setups
  

Right now, we’re not looking to teach Webflow from scratch.
We’re looking for someone who can plug into the team and start shipping.

And since projects can get serious

You should have experience working on serious projects for serious clients.

Not “my cousin’s startup” serious - but real products, real deadlines, real expectations.
If you check our portfolio and think “yeah, I’ve worked on something like this,” - we’re probably aligned.
