Job Description:

• Develop responsive, high-quality websites in Webflow based on Figma designs

• Implement UI interactions, animations, and smooth user experiences

• Build and optimize landing pages and website structures

• Ensure performance optimization (speed, SEO, responsiveness)

• Manage and structure Webflow CMS for dynamic content

• Maintain and update existing websites with UI/UX improvements

• Collaborate with marketing teams to create and iterate pages aligned with campaign goals

• Support in-house marketing development needs with timely updates and enhancements

Skills Required:

• 2–3 years of hands-on experience in Webflow development (mandatory)

• Strong proficiency in Webflow CMS, interactions, and animations

• Solid understanding of HTML, CSS, and responsive design

• Working knowledge of JavaScript/jQuery for custom functionality

• Experience in converting Figma designs into pixel-perfect Webflow builds

• Understanding of SEO fundamentals and performance optimization

• Experience with basic integrations (forms, analytics, third-party tools)

• Exposure to GSAP for advanced animations (preferred)

Educational Qualifications:

• MCA, BCA, B.E or equivalent

• Webflow certification will be a plus
