We’re looking for a hands-on Webflow Developer & CRO Specialist to own and scale our enterprise website, improve site performance, and drive higher demo conversions.

Key Responsibilities:

Build & maintain scalable, responsive Webflow websites using Client-First / Relume

Work with HTML, CSS & JavaScript for custom integrations and interactions

Plan and execute A/B tests & CRO experiments

Optimize demo funnels, user journeys and conversion drop-offs

Manage Webflow CMS and modular landing pages

Improve Core Web Vitals, SEO, GTM & GA4 tracking

Use tools like VWO/Optimizely, Hotjar/MS Clarity & PageSpeed

What We’re Looking For:

✅ Advanced Webflow expertise

✅ Strong B2B SaaS CRO experience

✅ Webflow CMS + custom JavaScript

✅ Figma-to-Webflow execution

✅ Strong understanding of performance & responsive design

✅ Mumbai-based and comfortable with 100% in-office work
