The Mission

As our Front-End / Webflow Developer, you’ll be responsible for translating strategy, design, and conversion goals into fast, scalable, and high-performing websites and landing pages.

You’ll work closely with designers, funnel strategists, CRM specialists, and paid-media teams to build conversion-focused experiences that actually move revenue—not just pixels.

What You’ll Do

Plan & Build

• Develop responsive websites and landing pages primarily in Webflow

• Translate Figma designs and wireframes into pixel-perfect, production-ready builds

• Implement CMS collections, dynamic content, and scalable page structures

Optimize & Enhance

• Ensure sites are fast, accessible, SEO-friendly, and conversion-optimized

• Implement animations and interactions using native Webflow tools (and JS when needed)

• Optimize for performance across devices and browsers

Integrate & Connect

• Integrate Webflow sites with CRMs, forms, booking tools, analytics, and tracking pixels

• Work with automation teams to ensure clean data capture and handoff (forms, tags, events)

• Implement scripts, embeds, and third-party tools safely and cleanly

Maintain & Improve

• Troubleshoot layout, responsiveness, or performance issues

• Make iterative improvements based on CRO feedback and data

• Maintain clean class naming, structure, and documentation

We’re Looking For Someone Who Can

• Hit the ground running with 2–4+ years of front-end or Webflow experience

• Build complex Webflow sites using Client-First (or similar) naming conventions

• Work confidently with HTML, CSS, and basic JavaScript

• Turn designs into reality with attention to detail and performance

• Understand how design decisions impact conversion and user behavior

• Collaborate cross-functionally and communicate clearly with non-technical teammates

• Own projects end-to-end with minimal supervision
