Webflow & Figma Designer

Role Description

We're hiring a Webflow & Figma Designer who owns the full pipeline — Figma design to published Webflow site, solo, one page at a time. This is not a design-only or dev-only role; you must be equally strong in both and able to ship polished, animated, high-fidelity pages independently. Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering (any branch — BE/BTech preferred)

• Strong hands-on experience in both Figma and Webflow — not just one

• Portfolio of live, published Webflow websites designed end-to-end (Figma → Webflow)

• Skilled in Webflow animations & interactions (IX2, scroll effects, micro-interactions)

• Working knowledge of AI agents/tools within Figma and Webflow (e.g. Figma AI, Webflow AI features, or similar AI-assisted design/build workflows)

• Strong visual/design sense — modern, high-fidelity UI

• No fixed experience requirement — portfolio quality matters more than years

• Able to independently take a single page from design to published site

Roles & Responsibilities

• Own full page lifecycle: design in Figma → build & publish in Webflow, solo

• Design modern, innovative product websites that showcase our products well

• Build rich animations and motion design natively in Webflow

• Turn loose product briefs into polished, ready-to-publish pages

• Ensure responsive, pixel-perfect builds across devices

• Iterate fast on feedback without separate design/dev handoff

• Stay flexible — this is an end-to-end idea-to-publish role
