Webflow Lead Developer

We are currently seeking a Webflow Lead Developer who will be responsible for designing, developing, and governing end-to-end web solutions across digital platforms, APIs, middleware, CRM systems, and supporting business applications. The role combines solution architecture, advanced web development, and integration ownership to deliver scalable, secure, and high-performing digital experiences that support business growth and customer engagement initiatives.

This position works closely with digital product teams, project managers, infrastructure teams, CRM administrators, and business stakeholders to ensure seamless integration between web platforms, enterprise systems, third-party services, and data sources. You will be responsible for defining technical standards, architecting integration frameworks, and driving the evolution of the organisation’s web ecosystem while maintaining a hands-on role in development and implementation.

Our client based in Dubai, is one of the largest semi-governmental conglomerates in the region. This position is a contract role with an initial duration of 12 months and is renewable.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design and maintain end-to-end web solution architectures spanning front-end platforms, APIs, middleware, CRM systems, and back-end applications

• Define integration architectures for new digital initiatives, including data flows, authentication frameworks, error handling mechanisms, and fallback strategies

• Evaluate and document build-versus-buy-versus-configure decisions, ensuring solutions align with business objectives, scalability requirements, and technical standards

• Develop, maintain, and enhance integrations between web platforms, CRM systems, property and business data platforms, marketing technologies, and third-party applications

• Build dynamic web experiences powered by real-time API data, including search functionality, filtering capabilities, customer journeys, forms, and content delivery solutions

• Lead advanced Webflow development initiatives, including custom code implementation, CMS architecture design, multi-language deployments, and multi-site management

• Design and maintain marketing automation workflows and integration pipelines connecting web platforms, middleware, and CRM systems

• Collaborate with infrastructure and CDN teams to manage routing strategies, URL rewrites, redirects, caching mechanisms, and environment promotion processes

• Establish and govern deployment processes across development, staging, and production environments, ensuring appropriate testing and quality assurance controls

• Ensure SEO continuity and technical optimisation across platform migrations, redesigns, and infrastructure changes

• Define and maintain technical standards, architectural patterns, and development best practices for the wider web development functions

• Create and maintain architecture documentation, integration maps, data flow diagrams, configuration repositories, and technical knowledge bases

• Support project planning activities, including technical scoping, effort estimation, solution design, and delivery planning

• Mentor and support development team members, promoting technical excellence and adherence to architectural standards

• Translate complex technical concepts and constraints into clear, actionable recommendations for business and non-technical stakeholders

Knowledge, Skills & Experience:

• Advanced Webflow development experience, including Custom code, CMS architecture, Logic and automation, Multi-language implementations and Multi-site environments

• Strong JavaScript and/or TypeScript development skills

• Deep understanding of asynchronous programming, modular application design, and modern web development principles

• Extensive experience designing and integrating REST APIs

• Strong knowledge of Authentication frameworks, JSON data structures, API lifecycle management, Real-time data rendering

• Experience with middleware and automation platforms such as Zapier, Make (formerly Integromat) and Similar integration technologies

• CRM integration expertise, preferably with Salesforce or comparable enterprise CRM platforms

• Understanding of object models, field mapping, validation rules, and data synchronization processes

• Strong knowledge of web application architecture and the interaction between front-end applications, APIs, middleware, databases, and business systems

• Familiarity with CDN technologies, caching strategies, URL routing, and edge configuration principles

• Experience within the real estate, property management, or asset management sectors

• Knowledge of property technology ecosystems and listing platforms

• Familiarity with headless CMS architectures and hybrid CMS/API delivery models

• Experience defining technical governance frameworks and development standards

• Previous experience leading small development teams or acting as a technical lead

• 6–10 years of experience in web development, systems integration, and solution architecture

• Demonstrated experience designing and delivering complex, multi-platform integrations from concept through implementation

• Proven ability to balance strategic architecture responsibilities with hands-on technical delivert

• Strong stakeholder management, communication, and problem-solving skills
