This role sits on our internal Growth team, working on our website (tecla.io). You will build and update landing pages, ship campaign assets, and improve site performance as our brand and offering keep evolving.

About the role

We are hiring a Webflow Web Designer to work alongside our lead Webflow designer. This is a real design role. Tecla has its own Webflow design system, and you will use that system to design and ship landing pages, blog pages, and other site work. We are not handing you pixel-perfect mockups to copy. You are designing the page, applying our system with taste and judgment, and bringing UX and UI chops to every layout you ship.

This role is also built for someone who lives in AI tools. We want a designer whose workflow is fundamentally AI-powered, not someone who occasionally pastes a prompt into ChatGPT. The pace of change in our industry is fast, and we want a teammate who is using AI to learn faster, build faster, and continuously raise the bar on what one designer can ship in a week.

You will be coached. You will grow fast. The ceiling is high if you bring real hunger, energy, and curiosity.

What you will do

• Design and build landing pages, blog templates, and web assets in Webflow, working from our design system

• Translate outlines from the content and performance teams into polished, high-performing pages

• Improve site speed, responsiveness, and SEO hygiene across the site

• Use AI tools across your workflow to move faster: prototyping, copy iteration, code, debugging, asset generation, QA, optimization

• Collaborate closely with our lead Webflow designer, brand and creative, and the rest of the Growth team

• Keep visual and UX consistency across the site

• Stay on top of new tools and techniques and bring the best ones into how we work

What we are looking for

• 1 to 2 years of hands-on Webflow experience. You can build pages from scratch, not just edit existing ones

• Real UX and UI design skills. You can design a page, not just execute a mockup. You will be designing landing pages and blog pages using our existing design system, applying taste and judgment along the way

• A real, demonstrable AI-powered workflow. You use AI tools daily and have opinions about which ones are worth the time. We will ask for specifics in the interview

• Solid fundamentals in HTML, CSS, and basic JavaScript

• Fast, energetic, and naturally curious. You move quickly without being sloppy

• Coachable. You take feedback well, apply it, and ask for more

• Strong written and spoken English. You will be working closely with the team and with leadership

Nice to have

• Experience applying SEO best practices on Webflow sites

• Comfort with custom code in Webflow (embeds, interactions, CMS work)

• Familiarity with Figma and modern design workflows

• Background in marketing, growth, or agency environments
