Job Description
Website Experience Engineer (WordPress& Webflow)
We're looking for someone who can bridge the gap between marketing, design, and engineering. This isn't just a website developer role. You'll own the performance, experience, and continuous evolution of our websites, ensuring they are fast, conversion-focused, scalable, and AI-ready.
You should be equally comfortable building a landing page in Webflow, debugging a WordPress plugin, optimizing Core Web Vitals, integrating APIs, and using AI-assisted ("vibe coding") workflows to ship faster.
What You'll Own
Website Development
● Build and maintain company websites on WordPress and Webflow.
● Develop new website sections, microsites, and campaign pages.
● Create reusable page templates and components.
● Ensure responsive design across desktop, tablet, and mobile.
● Implement new features while maintaining clean, scalable code.
Landing Page Development
● Build high-converting landing pages for marketing campaigns.
● Work closely with Product Marketing and Demand Generation teams to rapidly launch campaigns.
● Optimize pages for lead generation and conversion.
● Set up A/B testing where required.
Website Performance & Technical SEO
● Improve Core Web Vitals.
● Optimize page speed, image delivery, caching, lazy loading, and asset loading.
● Maintain technical SEO best practices.
● Implement structured schema markup.
● Monitor crawl health, indexing, redirects, broken links, and site architecture.
Interactive Experiences
Build tools that improve engagement such as:
● ROI calculators
● Pricing calculators
● Assessment tools
● Interactive product demos
● Comparison pages
● Forms and workflows
● AI-powered website experiences
Website Operations
● Monitor uptime and reliability.
