Do you love building websites that don't just look great, but convert? At Icetubs, we're looking for a hands-on Website Specialist to own, update, and evolve our online presence. If you have experience with custom-built Webflow websites and Shopify integrations, keep reading!

You'll be part of our Marketing Team and be responsible for turning website visitors into leads and customers through the pages and store experience you build.

What you'll do

• Manage, maintain, and optimize our Shopify store and our custom-built Webflow website.

• Build and improve landing pages, product pages, and campaign pages.

• Run CRO experiments (A/B tests, page speed, UX improvements) with the Marketing Team, converting landing page visits into leads and direct purchases.

• Keep the site technically healthy: SEO basics, integrations, apps, and performance.

• Translate brand and campaign concepts into polished, high-converting web experiences together with the marketing team.

You are

• 2–4 years of experience managing (e-commerce) websites.

• At least one year of hands-on experience with Shopify and Webflow, from theme customization to building pages from scratch.

• Comfortable with HTML/CSS and basic technical troubleshooting.

• Data-driven and conversion-minded: you check the numbers before and after every change.

• Familiar with analytics tools like GA4 and Hotjar? That's a big plus.

• Proactive, structured, and fast-moving. Comfortable working within clear guidelines but adding your own touch.

• Experience in a start-up or scale-up is highly valued.
