We’re looking for a Design Engineer to join our team and help us optimize and build high-performing client websites. We work fast, follow structured frameworks, and expect a high level of attention to detail.

If you’re experienced with Webflow and Framer, confident handling design work primarily in Figma, and comfortable working in a fast-paced, iterative environment, we’d love to hear from you. You should be able to balance strong design sensibilities with technical execution, including developing in Framer (priority) and Webflow, as well as writing, troubleshooting, and deploying custom code where needed across both platforms.

Here’s what you’ll do:

• Design high-quality UI/UX work primarily in Figma, ensuring clean, modern, and user-focused outputs.

• Translate designs into fully functional builds using Framer (priority tool) and Webflow.

• Develop responsive websites and landing pages, leveraging both Framer and Webflow depending on project needs.

• Write, troubleshoot, and deploy custom code within Framer and Webflow when required to extend functionality.

• Build and maintain reusable components and design systems to ensure consistency and scalability across projects.

• Collaborate closely with stakeholders to understand requirements and turn them into clear, effective digital experiences.

• Optimize builds for performance, responsiveness, usability, and conversion outcomes.

• Debug and resolve issues across design and development workflows, ensuring smooth end-to-end delivery.

• Follow structured processes while still being able to work independently and manage your own output.

• Adapt quickly to changing requirements and problem-solve when working in areas without clear documentation or precedent.

• Balance design quality with technical execution, ensuring what’s designed is also fully buildable and performant in production environments.

Here’s what we’re looking for

• Native-level English: Exceptional command of grammar, spelling, and style.

• Pro at Figma: You’ve built and optimized many Figma designs before and know it inside out.

• Design Understanding: You can work with Webflow’s design tools and implement clean, structured designs.

• Attention to Detail & Fast Execution: You can move quickly while ensuring high-quality work.

• Problem-Solving Mindset: You can think through challenges, propose solutions, and communicate effectively.

• SEO & Marketing Agency Experience (Preferred): You’ve worked with marketing teams before and understand the impact of technical decisions on SEO and conversions.

• Freelance or Agency Background (Preferred): We value flexibility, adaptability, and experience working in a dynamic environment.

The Details

Compensation: $3,000-$3,500 per month, 5 days per week

Location: Fully Remote, ideally 4 hours overlap with US PT hours

Employment: Contract (Initial 3 months, with a view to extending or make permanent)
