Our newer venture, Secret Agency, builds the websites that go alongside those stories. We're hooked on craft.

We're hiring one Junior Webflow Developer, based in Latin America and working US hours (MT or ET).

What's your culture like?

We work our tails off and we Sabbath. That means we work hard and we respect people's time at home. We believe work is a good thing, and we believe rest is sacred. You're not supposed to check email on weekends or on vacation. Take well-deserved vacations. Work your tail off when you're at work.

We honor craftsmanship. We serve the work, not the client, first. We take pride in doing excellent, beautiful work even when we know the client won't notice. If a hover state isn't quite right, we fix it. If an interaction is janky on mobile, we rebuild it. The client may never see the diff. We will.

Intellectual curiosity is the engine of this business. Our clients span industries, daycare chains one week, defense AI the next, film studios after that. If you don't love learning new things fast, you'll hate this job.

Am I a good fit?

What would I be doing?

Build. Building beautiful, performant Webflow sites that look like they cost six figures.

Animate. Crafting Webflow interactions and animations that feel intentional, not gimmicky. Hover states, scroll triggers, page transitions. The whole vocabulary.

Structure. Building out CMS collections, dynamic content, and reusable components so the site scales cleanly and the client can manage it without breaking it.

Iterate. We are constantly iterating on design, copy, and code to deliver world-class websites. We argue furiously (in a happy and healthy way) about whether a corner radius should be 8px or 12px. If that sounds tedious, this isn't the job. If it sounds fun, keep reading.

What qualifications and background are we looking for?

• 2-3+ years of Webflow development

• Portfolio of live Webflow sites (URLs, not screenshots, we want to click around). Quality over quantity, send us the work you're proud of.

• Strong Webflow interactions and animations

• Solid HTML, CSS, and JavaScript fundamentals, you should be comfortable dropping into custom code when Webflow's native tools hit a wall

• Client-First (or similar naming methodology) used consistently in your work

• Webflow CMS and dynamic content, including filtering, sorting, and conditional visibility

• Responsive design that holds up across every breakpoint, not just desktop and mobile

• Fluent English, written and verbal

Where will I be working from?

Remote, anywhere in Latin America, working US hours on either Mountain Time or Eastern Time. Central Time is our home base, so either MT or ET gives us the real-time overlap we need.

Compensation

We're recruiting in LatAm because we want to find world-class talent that will stay with us for decades. We're not doing this because labor is cheaper. Our evil plan is to find incredibly talented, delightful people who we can overpay and treat really well so they never, ever want to leave. We want someone who will build sites with us for the next 20 years and become the very best in the world at it.

We'll start folks out at a salary on the generous side of fair. If you're performing well after a year, we'll pay you in the top 5% of salaries for your role in your country. Plenty of vacation. Real weekends.
