Webflow Developer (3–4 Years Experience)

We are looking for a skilled Webflow Developer with 3–4 years of experience to design, develop, and optimize high-performing websites. This role requires end-to-end ownership of Webflow projects, ensuring seamless user experience, responsive design, and performance optimization.

Key Responsibilities

• Design & Development:

• Create intuitive UI/UX designs using Figma or similar tools and develop fully responsive websites using Webflow.

• CMS & Dynamic Content:

• Build and manage CMS collections, dynamic content, and integrate third-party tools.

• Animations & Interactions:

• Develop engaging animations and interactions to enhance user experience.

• Optimization & Performance:

• Ensure website speed, SEO optimization, and adherence to best practices.

• Troubleshooting & Maintenance:

• Identify and resolve design, layout, and functionality issues.

• Security & Updates:

• Implement website security practices and ensure ongoing maintenance.

• Collaboration:

• Work closely with design, marketing, and content teams to align business goals.

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Proven experience building Webflow websites from scratch

• Strong knowledge of HTML, CSS, and JavaScript

• Solid understanding of UI/UX design principles

• Expertise in Webflow animations and interactions

• Familiarity with Webflow CMS and advanced features

• Knowledge of SEO and website performance optimization

• Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail

• Creative mindset with awareness of latest design trends

• Excellent communication and collaboration skills
