Webflow Designer

We’re looking for a visual-driven Webflow Designer who combines strong aesthetics, graphic design skills, and solid Webflow implementation to create high-impact marketing websites.

This role is focused on crafting clear visual narratives, strong layouts, and conversion-oriented experiences - from landing pages to CMS-driven marketing sites. You’ll work closely with marketing and product teams to turn ideas into polished, real-world results.

Fully remote, long-term collaboration.

What You’ll Do

• Design and build visually compelling, responsive websites

• Create strong layouts, typography systems, and visual hierarchies

• Translate branding and marketing goals into high-performing web experiences

• Implement designs in Webflow with attention to detail and scalability

• Optimize pages for clarity, performance, and conversion

• Iterate fast based on feedback from marketing and stakeholders

• Maintain and improve existing marketing websites

Qualifications

• Strong track record in web design and Webflow (minimum 2 years)

• Experience with HTML, CSS, and basic web development principles

• Strong graphic design skills with an eye for aesthetics and attention to detail

• Motivation to deliver first-class design and consulting services

• Strong communication skills and experience in agency or freelance project management

• Strong interest in becoming a team lead, coaching others

• Strong understanding of AI-supported creative workflows

• Fluent in English (German a plus)
