Senior Webflow Developer – AI Integrations

THE WORK

Design and implement a secure, scoped workflow that enables Claude to make approved updates to client's Webflow CMS. The deliverable is a production-ready integration with clear access controls, a human-in-the-loop review step, and documentation for handoff.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES Page design and build

• Design and build new Webflow pages that are consistent with client's existing brand, visual system, and site structure

• Work from design direction or briefs to translate concepts into responsive, polished Webflow builds

• Apply client's existing design tokens, component library, CMS structure, and style conventions throughout

• Ensure all new pages are responsive, performant, and optimized for SEO

• Collaborate with the marketing team to iterate on layouts and content before publishing Claude integration and secure workflow design

• Architect the Claude-to-Webflow integration via MCP or REST API, with least-privilege access scoping

• Configure OAuth, API key management, and guardrails against unintended publish or structural changes

• Implement a draft/staging workflow for review before any AI content goes live

• Test against expected scenarios and failure modes, then document and hand off to the team

WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR

• 3+ years Webflow development, including CMS architecture and API work

• Experience integrating Webflow with external systems via MCP, REST APIs, or webhooks

• Familiarity with Claude/Anthropic MCP or equivalent LLM tool-use protocols

• Strong grasp of OAuth 2.0, token scoping, and access control design

• JavaScript or Python for integration logic

• Clear documentation skills; this ends with a handoff, not a black box
