We’re looking for a Webflow Developer to help us launch distinct-looking, high-converting, well-crafted websites for clients and internal projects. If you love clean builds, sleek animations, and making Figma come to life in Webflow (and you can do it fast), you’ll feel right at home.

About the Role

This isn’t just a dev-shop role. You’ll collaborate directly with founders and marketing teams to build Webflow sites end-to-end. Part developer, part designer, part problem solver.

Two kinds of projects land on your desk, and you’re comfortable with both:

• Figma-to-Webflow builds: a design is handed off, and you translate it into a pixel-perfect, responsive build.

• Ground-up design & development: you design in Figma from the brand positioning, then build it. Some projects are yours from a blank canvas to launch.

Speed matters here. Our clients love us for ultra-fast, high-quality turnarounds, sometimes a multi-page build on a day’s notice. You thrive on autonomy, detail, and fast iteration, and you communicate clearly with clients along the way.

What You’ll Do

• Build pixel-perfect, responsive Webflow sites, both from Figma handoffs and from your own designs

• Design in Figma from brand positioning on ground-up projects

• Build CMS-powered content structures (blogs, directories, resources) that clients can manage without a developer

• Implement custom interactions, transitions, and scroll-triggered animations that guide attention

• Build custom integrations: HubSpot and advanced multi-step forms, API integrations, and embedded HTML / CSS / JS

• Migrate sites to Webflow from WordPress, Framer, and other CMSs while preserving content, design, and SEO

• Optimize for performance, page speed, Core Web Vitals, structured data, clean URLs, and on-page SEO

• Manage and maintain Webflow sites across clients and internal projects, including post-launch support and client handover

• Collaborate with our SEO and content teams to bring ideas to life

• QA your own work, pixel pushing is a feature, not a bug

What We’re Looking For

• 5-6 years of hands-on Webflow experience

• Strong portfolio of live Webflow projects

• Strong design portfolio (Figma, Behance, etc.), you can both build from handoffs and design from scratch

• Solid eye for layout, spacing, typography, and responsive design

• Fluency with Webflow CMS and visual interaction design

• Comfort building custom integrations and embedding code (HTML / CSS / JS); ability to work with APIs

• Working knowledge of SEO and performance. Core Web Vitals, structured data, page speed (we promise these to clients)

• Clear, responsive communication with clients. Quick to respond, easy to work with, good at managing revisions

• Ability to deliver high-quality work on fast timelines without sacrificing polish

Bonus Points If You

• Have worked in a fast-paced agency or startup environment

• Understand how design systems and component libraries work

• Know how to export clean assets from Figma

• Have experience with Webflow Logic

• Have migrated sites between CMS platforms before

• Have opinions on animation timing and easing functions 😄
