Senior Webflow Developer

As a Webflow Developer, you'll be crafting sophisticated, enterprise-level websites that push the boundaries of what's possible in Webflow. Location - Remote / Warsaw HQ

Working hours - Flexible

Clients - B2B Tech Companies

Communication - Polish internally / English with clients

01 Your role & day-to-day

• Webflow implementation websites from Figma design using Lumos or Client First frameworks

• Creating advanced animations using GSAP

• Participating in weekly calls with clients

• Working closely with our Web Design team to ensure pixel-perfect implementation

• Building reusable components systems for enterprise projects

• Participating in hackathons & building internal products

02 Skills required

• At least 3 years of experience in Web Development (including at least 1 year in Webflow)

• Expert knowledge of Webflow and Client First/Lumos framework

• Deep knowledge of HTML, CSS and JS

• Strong knowledge of SEO fundamentals and web performance optimization

• Experience with GSAP

• Portfolio showcasing work for tech companies and SaaS brands

• Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail

• Excellent communication skills in both English and Polish

• Experience in collaborating with founders and stakeholders
