Senior Webflow Developer

The Work

Your day to day:

• Lead full-cycle development of advanced Webflow projects for key clients

• Architect sophisticated CMS setups (complex collections, relations, filters, dynamic logic)

• Turn Figma designs into pixel-perfect, scalable, production-ready builds

• Create modular component libraries and reusable architecture patterns

• Implement advanced interactions, animations, and motion (GSAP, Lottie, scroll effects)

• Drive performance to Core Web Vitals (PageSpeed 95+), technical SEO, and WCAG-level accessibility

• Integrate third-party APIs, backend tools, and no-code databases (Xano, Airtable, etc.)

• Write clean, modular custom JavaScript to solve edge cases and extend functionality

• Participate in project scoping, accurate estimation, and cross-team communication (designers, PMs, clients)

• Support mid/junior developers and elevate team standards, workflows, and innovation

Webflow & technical knowledge

• 4+ years of hands-on Webflow experience with production client work

• Expert command of Webflow: complex CMS, custom attributes, overcoming platform constraints

• Strong JavaScript expertise: writing modular code, handling async operations, event systems, DOM manipulation, and debugging complex issues

• Proven history delivering enterprise-grade, scalable sites (beyond landing pages)

• Mastery of semantic HTML, modern CSS (grid/flex, container queries, performance tuning), and modular JavaScript (async, DOM, debugging)

• Strong systems thinking: architecture-first approach (Client-First, Lumos or custom), clean naming, and maintainable structures at scale
