Job Description
About ACE CPAs
ACE CPAs (acecpas.com) is a CPA and advisory firm in fast growth mode, building a paid-ads demand-gen engine across construction (roofers, concrete, home builders, remodelers, trades), e-commerce (Shopify, Amazon, Etsy, TikTok Shop, PayPal sellers), SaaS, and home healthcare. The site is built on Webflow, the CRM is GoHighLevel, Google Ads is run by one teammate and Meta Ads by another. You will own the layer that connects ads to booked calls.
What you will own
Build and clone message-matched landing pages fast, one per sub-niche, so the page matches the ad headline for relevance and Quality Score.
Restructure our CMS-linked service pages into independent static pages, each with its own form, copy, and layout, with clean H1/H2/H3 structure, meta tags, semantic markup, and fast page speed, so editing one page never touches the others.
Build 25+ landing pages and iterate them constantly (A/B tests of copy, layout, forms, and images). This is a daily build engine with new tests shipping every few days, not a one-time project.
Build multi-step lead forms with conditional, branching logic, one per service line and per industry (roughly 7 to 15 questions: industry, revenue range, state, timeline, main challenge, business type), each independently editable.
Design conversion-optimized offers, such as a free consultation, and write or sharply edit the copy so each page actually converts.
Install and QA the full tracking stack and prove it fires: Google Tag Manager (head and body), GA4, Google Ads conversion actions, and Meta Pixel plus Conversions API, with thank-you-page or submit-event triggers, verified in Tag Assistant.
Wire Webflow form submissions into GoHighLevel via API or webhook, route leads into the pipeline for appointment setters and a Calendly-style booking calendar with speed-to-lead handoff, and push offline conversions back to Google Ads and Meta (GoHighLevel has no native Google Ads integration).
Set up an AI build system (Claude or Claude Code plus the Webflow MCP) and train the marketing team to spin up pages themselves, with SOPs, so no one is ever blocked waiting on one developer.
You are a fit if you have actually done this
Built and cloned Webflow landing pages independently, with clean H1/H2/H3 structure and meta tags intact.
Restructured CMS or dynamic Webflow pages into standalone static pages, each with its own form, copy, and layout.
Installed and QA'd Google Tag Manager (head and body), GA4, Google Ads conversions, and Meta Pixel, and proven they fire with Tag Assistant.
Wired form submissions into a CRM via API, webhook, or Zapier/Make (GoHighLevel a strong plus, any CRM integration counts).
Comfortable building with AI tools (Claude, Claude Code, MCPs) or ready to adopt them fast, because the speed here comes from AI-assisted builds.
Same-day turnaround on edits, with a track record of shipping with little hand-holding.
Bonus points, not dealbreakers
You can write or sharply edit conversion copy, not just lay it out, and you instinctively match the page to the ad.
You know your way around GoHighLevel, Google Ads, or Meta Ads Manager.
You have worked SEO-clean with keyword placement next to a separate SEO team, and can collaborate with the copy and SEO teams without breaking structure (awareness of Ahrefs or Semrush helps).
Tools you will use
Webflow (Designer, CMS, Data and Designer API, collaborator seats), Google Tag Manager, GA4, Google Ads conversion tracking, Meta Pixel and Conversions API, Tag Assistant, GoHighLevel (forms, pipeline, calendar, API and webhook), Zapier or Make as glue, and Claude or Claude Code with the Webflow MCP.
What success looks like
In your first 30 to 60 minutes on a task, you spin up a new sub-niche landing page that is conversion-ready, with its own multi-step form.
In your first 1 to 2 days, you ship one niche page wired end to end, with GTM, GA4, Meta Conversions API, and a GoHighLevel webhook all verified firing, plus a short QA report confirming forms, tracking, and links work.
In your first 5 to 10 days, conversion tracking and the CRM pipeline are working end to end, opt-in and booked-call rates are climbing, and the marketing team can launch pages without waiting on you.
