Strategy & Planning: Participate in discovery sessions, technical planning, and pre-sales conversations to define project scope and technical direction.
Stakeholder Management: Contribute to client presentations and solution discussions by providing development recommendations and feasibility assessments.
Design Review: Review UI/UX designs and recommend improvements to ensure efficient, scalable, and high-quality implementation.
Efficiency: Recommend smart development alternatives that maintain quality while respecting budget and timeline constraints.
Optimization: Maximize website performance, accessibility, responsiveness, and overall usability.
Standard Setting: Establish and uphold development best practices, code quality, and implementation standards.
Problem Solving: Troubleshoot complex development challenges and provide effective technical solutions.
Risk Mitigation: Support project planning by identifying risks, dependencies, and implementation considerations early in the process.
