Job Description
About the Company
Cosign is one of the fastest-growing companies in U.S. rental real estate. We act as a lease guarantor for renters who do not meet traditional credit or income requirements, expanding housing access for hundreds of thousands of people while giving property managers the security they need to approve more applicants. The company is profitable, scaling quickly into new markets, and is led by a three-time founder previously recognized on the Forbes 30 Under 30 list.
Our product is proven. Our brand is early. You are the bridge.
The Role & Team
We are making our first dedicated design hire. As a core member of the Marketing team reporting directly to the Head of Marketing, you will define the visual DNA of a fast-growing company and serve as the essential link between marketing strategy and engineering execution.
This is not a production role. You will own brand, web, content, and sales design end-to-end, with real authority over how the company looks and feels in the market.
The Mission: What You’ll Own
You will be responsible for the end-to-end visual experience of Cosign across four primary pillars:
Brand Systems: Evolve our existing brand book into a living design system. You’ll define component guidelines and visual tone to ensure Cosign feels premium and consistent.
Webflow & SEO Growth: Own the website. You will design and build city-level landing pages in Webflow, optimizing for conversion and "AI-readiness" (ensuring we surface correctly in Search, ChatGPT, and Perplexity).
Content Amplification: Turn our podcast and long-form content into a high-growth engine by repurposing episodes into viral-ready reels, carousels, and quote cards.
Sales & Partnership Collateral: Design high-stakes pitch decks and partner assets. You’ll build a "Self-Serve" template library (Canva/Figma) so the team can move fast without breaking the brand.
Your Toolkit
We are looking for a "New Age" designer, someone who uses AI to 10x their output and Webflow to bypass developer bottlenecks.
Must-Haves:
Webflow: Ability to build, launch, and update responsive, production-ready pages independently.
AI-Fluent: Active use of Claude, GPT, Midjourney, Sora, or Gemini to generate imagery and accelerate workflow.
Figma: Intermediate/Advanced. You build clean, component-based files.
CapCut: A "social-first" eye for video editing (pacing, captions, hooks).
Canva: You use it to empower the team with locked-down, easy-to-use templates.
Expected Experience
3-5 Years of Professional Design Experience: Specifically within digital product or performance marketing environments.
International Track Record: Proven experience working with international clients or global brands, demonstrating an understanding of high-growth market standards (specifically North America).
Live Production Portfolio: You must have a portfolio of live, in-production websites and digital products. We want to see how your designs hold up in the real world, not just in Figma mocks.
Startup Pedigree: Experience in fast-paced environments where you’ve had to take a project from a rough brief to a finished, public-facing asset.
The Deal
Fluent in written and spoken English; you communicate clearly with a U.S.-based team and write a copy that reads native.
Location: 100% Remote.
Schedule: This role requires full alignment with US Eastern Time (New York). You will work directly alongside our leadership during EDT business hours.
